The Spiral Prism is a ten-inch, two-inch-thick legacy ashtray built from end grain black walnut — the same construction method used in a fine cutting board, with each block set on end and glued for strength and a striking, checkered grain pattern. Brass inlay cigar rests spiral toward a central ash bowl at the piece's center.

Acquired by a private collector, it now stands as a standalone art piece rather than a commemorative commission — proof that a Canyon Crest piece doesn't need a story attached to be worth owning.
