A multi-tiered geometric ashtray that gives the illusion of a floating core suspended within a faceted walnut prism. It’s sharp, modern, and architectural — like something you’d find in a minimalist art gallery or the lounge of a futuristic cigar bar.

✨ Design Highlights:

🔸 Structure:

  • Outer form: A hexagonal prism crafted from thick walnut end grain with angular chamfers and beveled cuts.

  • Center core: A suspended, solid brass basin — held in place with three slender rods or hidden brackets, so it visually “floats” within the hollowed center.

  • The surrounding walnut shell is deeply pocketed to expose the floating metal core, creating a layered negative space.

🔸 Functional Aesthetics:

  • The cigar rests are recessed slots carved into three of the hexagon’s sides — clean, flush, and sleek.

  • The brass basin is removable and polished to a mirror sheen, creating a stunning contrast with the walnut texture.

  • The hollow space beneath the basin is backlit subtly with integrated LED strips, casting soft ambient light that highlights the grain and form.
